adb pull /data/property/persist.sys.usb.config C:\Users\[your-username]\Desktop\

Step 9: After extracting the file, access the persist.sys.usb.config file on your computer along with a text editor

Step 10: Now edit your file with the help of the text editor, edit the file to mtp,adb.

Step 11: To send the file back to your device from the PC, run the command given below.

adb push “C:\Users\[your-username]\Desktop/persist.sys.usb.config” /data/property

Step 12: Now, download the build.prop file from your phone and run the command given below.

adb pull /system/build.prop C:\Users\[your-username]\Desktop\

Step 13: Initiate the build.prop file in a text editor like NotePad++ on your computer. Then add the code given below to it.

persist.service.adb.enable=1
persist.service.debuggable=1
persist.sys.usb.config=mtp,adb

Step 14: After saving the file, transfer it back to your device using the command given below.

adb push “C:\Users\[your-username]\Desktop/build.prop” /system/

Step 15: For rebooting your device, follow the command given below.

adb reboot

Now your device will reboot with the enabled USB debugging.
